Beware consumers! This company does not deliver ???? on their promises. They're quick to demand payment. I paid for them to spray my house ???? for ???? ???? ???? ???? ???? ant's. Well it hasn't even been a month and I'm back to using blue death powder. I sent messages to Thokosa who answer the phone. I told her they didn't treat the bathrooms. No reply. Then this morning I saw thousands of ants ???? all over my dining room. I sent photos of my bathroom and that I'm using blue death powder. I was ignored. The excuse is MY DIRECTOR IS UNABLE TO ATTEND TO YOUR PROBLEM. But they gladly banked my money ????. SAVE MONEY DON'T PHONE THIS DISHONEST COMPANY.
To add insult to injury they wanted to charge me a follow up visit of R800!!!

I had termites, they came through on a Tuesday did the treatment, however they missed one side of the outside wall. Emailed them to let them know of the issue. They came back 2 days later and did even more work to say sorry. Was a lot more work than I expected and went out their way to make sure I was satisfied. At no additional charge. Very happy.
